Hack instructions:
1. Download the iFile
2.Place the .deb file on your device anywhere. no matter where you place the file but remember the folder location
I always place .deb file in /var/mobile/Applications/Appaddict/Documents/ because it's easy for me
3.On your device. Open iFile, navigate to the folder location where you had placed a .deb file
4. Tap on .deb file and tap 'Installer'
5. Enjoy

If you want to remove hack. Open Cydia, Tap 'Installed', Find the hack and then uninstall it
I have not tested it yet so please reply if working.
