Step 1: Download the firmware RAR package from above and unpack it on your computer.

Step 2: On your phone, open the Backup & Restore app and take a full backup of all your important stuff.

Step 3: Plug your Mate 7 into the PC in MTP mode.

Step 4: Copy the extracted ‘dload’ folder (having Update.app) to the main folder of your Mate 7’s external microSD card.

Step 5: Now go to Settings > Updates > menu > Local Update, choose the Update.app package and confirm its installation.
