How to Install Modified TWRP recovery for OnePlus 2 Oxygen OS 3.0 Beta.

As we mentioned before OxygenOS 3.0 community build based on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow is now available for OnePlus 2.If you haven’t updated your OnePlus 2 to latest OxygenOs 3.0 Beta Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow then follow our previous guide > Download & Install OxygenOS 3.0 Beta On OnePlus 2.

Follow our guide below to download Modified TWRP recovery for Oxygen OS 3.0 Beta  and install it yourself.

 ÷ Prerequisites:

• This only for OnePlus 2

•Make sure that your device is updated to OxygenOS 3.0 Beta.
Guide > Download & Install OxygenOS 3.0 Beta On OnePlus 2

•Your device should have an unlocked bootloader

•Make sure your device has more than 50% battery.

÷ How to Install Modified TWRP recovery for OnePlus 2 Oxygen OS 3.0 Beta :

1-  Download Modified TWRP recovery for Oxygen OS 3.0 Beta.

2- Setup ADB and Fastboot on your PC.


3- Enable USB debugging on your device:Open Settings on your device.

4- Go to About phone and tap seven times on Build number, this will enableDeveloper options.

5- Now go back to Settings and you’ll see “Developer options” there, open it.Tick the USB Debugging checkbox.

6- Open the folder where your TWRP Recovery .img file is saved.

7- Now open a command window inside that folder. To do that, “Shift + Right click” on any empty white space inside the folder and then select “Open command window here” from the context menu.

8- Connect your device to the PC. And type the following into the command window we opened in step 4 above to boot your device into bootloader/fastboot mode:adb reboot bootloader

└ If your asks for permission to “Allow USB debugging”, tap OK.

9- Once your device boots into bootloader mode, issue the following command into command window to flash the TWRP recovery .img file: fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.8.x.x-xxx.img

└ Here modify twrp.img with the name of your TWRP recovery .img file, OR change your TWRP recovery filename to twrp.imgand use the command above.

10- Once TWRP is successfully flashed on your device, issue the following command to reboot:fastboot reboot

Done!!! Now you have TWRP on your device
